Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I figured if ANYONE knew the book I'm looking for it'd be my fellow FA's! 
Anyway, the book I'm looking for concerns a young relationship columnist who is famous for defending her fat figure, and championing fat acceptance. However, inwardly disgusted with her weight, she goes on a crash diet and loses a BUNCH of weight while on vacation or somesuch as that.
Her editor calls and tells her that she is going to be booked on a national talk show upon her return. Not wanting to seem like a turncoat to her devoted chubby readers, she must either gain all the weight back, or fess up to her true feelings on being fat.
That's what I remember from the dust jacket, but I'm at a loss for a title or author.
