There's a story I think I read on Fantasy Feeder about a young hourglass woman who realizes she loves gaining weight. She goes to a therapist for help but feels that the therapist is not taking her seriously, so she gains as much weight as possible to show the therapist just how big her problem really is.
At college, she moves in with a young woman who is somewhat overweight and wants to lose weight. This roommate gives the protagonist her food (and more) so that she will lose weight while the protagonist gains weight. The protagonist is happy to go along with it.
I think I read this story on Fantasy Feeder, but haven't been able to find it since, so I'm not sure. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
