Looking for story Ellie Belly

Hi, I'm looking for a story, can't remember the name but the main character is Ellie or maybe Elly. Set in an office, she gains and her male colleague and friend calls her Ellie Belly.
At a work(Xmas?) party she splits her dress then her boss falls for her.

Any ideas please?
