I can't tell if Hyde Park doesn't view this as a legitimate issue, or if it's a non-issue.

What are your stances on marijuana legalization? New laws are being passed, and with Washington in Colorado's legalization, more and more states are seeing the possibility of revenue, the chance to end prohibition, and even a drop in crime (in places were marijuana, even just medicinal, is legal.)

It also would see a drop in contaminated supplies (like marijuana spiked with PCP,) and decrease the gang and drug cartel's revenue, and turning this revenue to where it should be: With the people. Hemp also makes fantastic paper, cloth, and oils, both for cooking and for plastics.

The downside is, like with alcohol and tobacco, it would need heavier regulations, but the dispensary method has worked fine in the states that it is legal in.

As a medical advocate (for a multitude of reasons,) I honestly ask:

Why do you think marijuana should be legal, or why don't you?
