While getting roasted on Friday at a caddies' awards party in the Chinese city, Williams said of the TV interview he gave at the Bridgestone Invitational that ''it was my aim to shove it up that black arsehole.'

-So was it actually racist in the first place? Presuming the use of the word black as the offending adjective to the noun arsehole (If that's the correct grammatical analysis)?
-If he had just called him an arsehole, would it have still been racist?
-Is this being hyped up to draw attention and focus to a golfing tournament?
