Admission: $20 Special Room Rate: $75
Location: Hilton Hotel - Woburn, MA - 781-932-0999
* Everyone Is Welcome - 18 To Attend & 21 To Drink - Pay @ Door *
We hope you'll join as at a brand new location in Woburn, MA at the beautiful Hilton Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and they've offered us a wonderful $75 room rate for our guests. Please note that overnight rooms are not required to attend, but are just a courtesy for those who are traveling or wanting to make an overnight getaway out of the event.
We will also be holding a special raffle this evening, everyone who enters will get a raffle ticket to win a "Heavenly Body of the Year" pass which will allow you to come to all of the regular parties (not special events) for a full year! It's worth a bunch.
Costumes are optional but encouraged. This is one of our biggest attendances of the year and people love to dress up for it. I'd say that 80% or more of our guests dress up, so join in on the fun. If you don't like wearing costumes, don't worry, we won't turn you away.
Please note that we've sold out our room block and then some. We've over 100 rooms booked and the hotel has graciously offered to extend our special rate to those last minute guests who still need to book but you may only do so, by contact the front desk at the hotel (not central reservsations) and let them know you need the Heavenly Bodies rate and that Adam from sales said that they would honor our $75 rate. If you have any troubles, please feel free to use the cell number at the bottom of this email for help.
** Very Important Notes For Attendees **
We have a few important rules to maintain the safety of our guests and the respectable relationships with our event locations and hotels. Thank you for taking a moment to read the rules below and we welcome any questions.
- Costumes should be PG-13 and if anything above G, please cover up when traveling through hotel common areas.
- Gathering in your hotel room before or after the party is not part of our event, but if you are in our hotel room block, you are required to respect the noise level of those guests around you and to tidy your room and leave it reasonably clean with any garbage removed at your check-out. It is also up to the hotel on what actions they will take for repeat noise offenders or excess cleaning and this includes fines and possibly paying for your displaced/disturbed neighboring rooms.
- Outside alcohol brought into our events is not tolerated and is against the law. If you are found inside our event with any outside alcohol or if you are sitting at a table with discarded nips, bottles, or containers that the bar doesn't sell on top or under your table, you forfeit your admission and will be asked to leave and may be subject to permanent banning from future events. We are sorry about this strict rule, but one spoiled apple can ruin the bunch. That being said, we also ask that you also report any sightings of such activity to any staff member and your name will be kept anonymous. Thank you.
- When admission is paid, you will receive a wristband to show that you've paid. You must wear this wristband for the duration of your attendance at our event. If you remove it and discard it, we cannot allow you re-entry to the party. In addition, if you find someone that is in attendance who hasn't paid/isn't wearing a wristband, please report them to any staff member so that we may alleviate the situation.
- These events are about size acceptance and having a fun, great time. Let's always remember to keep it that way by being respectable to those around you and let's celebrate in a fun, safe, awesome way.
