Meet n Greet in the Attrium Area 7-8 pm
Pool (outdoor weather permitting) & Hot tub Party 7pm till midnight
Saturday, Sept 4th, 2010
Pool Party 11am- ?
Clothing Swap 1pm-3pm
(Please Let me know IN ADVANCE if you plan on doing this)
Luau Party 9-1:30am
Inside the main banquet room.
DJ with Dance Music $5.00 cover Must have your ID!
Hot tub & Pool Party 1:30am-3am

Farewells
WE HAVE DECIDED THIS WILL BE A BYOB PARTY!!!! WE ARE TRYING TO HELP EVERYONE SAVE SOME MONEY!! Bring
your drinks into the banquet room with you. Avoid long lines waiting for a drink
and the higher cost of paying for a drink at the bar!! But we do ask that you
leave any coolers in your room. We dont want people falling over them! LOL
(there is a liquior store right across the street from the hotel) PLEASE drink
responsibly. The hotel does reserve the right to have anyone escorted out of the
hotel if they are out of control! We dont wanna see that happen. We will also
have security in the banquet room and at the door.
If you want a room inside the attrium area, (closest to the bar) PLEASE book
your room EARLY!! Reservations are now being taken! If you have any problems or
questions please ask for Aleisha at the hotel. She will be glad to assist you.
We are really looking forward to this event as many of you have been asking for
a party! We look forward to seeing NEW friends as well as Old friends and VIPS!!
