time for something different..... i like to write.... so sometimes i am going to post some of my randomness on here.... feel free to join in. 
Like a stubborn child with a favorite toy
Clouds move in to steal our joy
To hold off sunlight and keep spring at bay
We watch the snow for another day
So very close yet so far it seems
From the warm embrace of sunlit beams
the early blooms in the icy tendril grasp
To crush them with a wintery gasp
The fight for cold to hang around
Yet signs of spring come by leaps and bounds
I think of days with sundrenched skin
The heat of day to warm within
Goodbye to winter with a fatal kiss
Hello to spring the warmth is bliss
