September. 'Tis the season, for football and stadium-style eating. Tailgate cookouts, backyard grilling, and BBQ. Having been raised to the sights, smells, and tastes of the Texas Pit, nothing quite satisfies the body and soul.
Fellow Foodees, your challenge for September, if you choose to accept it, will be anything and everything related to Bar-Be-Que. Vinegar, Molasses, Brown Sugar, Ketchup, Mustard, or Mayo-based sauces.. everything applies. If you baste it, marinade it, rub it, dunk it, douse it, smother it, dip it, roll it, roast it, tenderize it, or smoke it. Store bought, or homemade, it does not matter. Any meat or non-meat recipe will be accepted.

Please submit your favorite BBQ recipe and/or the sauce used, by the 26th of September. :)
