Did anyone here have wls in CA? In the San Diego area? I read something this morning that said up to 300 wls patients could be at risk for HIV and hepatitis because a dirty tool was used. It said a nurse failed to properly sterilize a gastroscope(?)
It said anyone who thinks they were involved should contact the hospital (Scripps, I think). They will have to get blood tests every 3 months for the next 3 years.
