I don't remember all the details. A woman gets paid a bunch of money to live on an island in a really fat woman's mansion. As the really fat woman begins to lose weight, it is transferred to the thinner woman until they have pretty much switched places. The formerly fat woman leaves the island and a new thin woman moves in. This cycle is repeated indefinitely. Every woman who has been through this cycle ends up gaining most of the weight back. Does this description make any amount of sense to anyone?
