As 2009 is quickly coming to and end and this is the time of the year for year end round-ups I thought I would ask:
What are Dimensions/size acceptance memory(ies) for 2009?

My memory for 2009 is the day I read the post by AnnMarie on April 8, 2009 that Cindy had died. She was such a bright light in the size acceptance community.
Cindy's death was particularly hard for me as she had been one of the first SSBBWs I had met on the internet. I first came to know of Cindy through the pictures printed in the printed magazine version of Dimensions around 1997 and later through her GeoCities web page which she started around 1999 or 2000. I remember her "Picture of the Week." At that time Cindy's picture of the week was one of the highlights of my week, a treat every Thursday. I also remember her videos. She was a pioneering SSBBW internet model.
She was a wonderful woman and is greatly missed.
