    I remember the story, and I have a few parts myself. It was from the old Curvage forums before they were rebooted a few years back. I asked the author for the rest some time back, but he replied that he wasn't interested in reposting it for his own reasons.

    It's hard to judge a story based only on the beginning, but you have defined the main character fairly well and created an intriguing plot point with the dream at the end. Can't say much else until I have more to work with, but you do have my attention.
