Be careful who you trust

I've just had the misfortune to learn that someone who I met on here, and came pretty close to, met up with etc.... lied to me about almost everything. Not only that, but someone else on here has been lied too by him as well and the poor girl doesn't even know....

I am in a happy relationship now with someone else, so what i've learnt doesn't affect me that much... but what hurts me is that I almost made a commitment to this guy based on lies. Thankfully, I followed my heart and 1 million per cent made the right decision by choosing to be with someone else.

At a period in my life when I was 'coming out' as an FFA and having my first experiences with fat guys, I would do anything to get those experiences and because of that, I put all my trust in him and shared so much with him. So now, I just feel like a complete idiot. And in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter at all, I am with someone else who's wonderful. But it still hurts, still makes me so angry that i gave everything and was just fed lies... We remained friends and now even the friendship was a sham...

Anyway, point being, as per title, be careful who you trust :doh:
