You have probably heard that the amino acid tryptophan, found in milk and cheese, helps you sleep. The British Cheese Board decided to go one better and find out whether different types of cheese had different effects on sleep. The Cheese and Dreams Study which they duly carried out reported, among other things, that "85% of females who ate Stilton had some of the most unusual dreams of the whole study." I can well imagine.
How about it? Anybody here eat cheese at bedtime? If so, what kind? Any cheese dreams to report?
