I was told that I should look into buying a pair of compression shorts for back pain I've been having. Is there anyone that can advise me on a good pair? I looked at Junonia and found a pair, but they're like $50. I just can't justify that much money on a purchase for a pair of shorts and not have a clue if I will like them.
Has anyone ever worn compression pants/shorts? I have tried on girdles and even those 'Spanx' pants at Catherines, but yuk. They were so tight and binding, really uncomfortable.
