President Obama just had his butt kicked. The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit ruled his recess appointments were unconstitutional.

I wonder how Obama will get the egg off his face? This is embarrassing.
This is the second case where a court has ruled that Obama has overstepped his power. Remember, the case where the Obama Administration tried to claim, the government could decide who was and was not a minister in a church. The Supreme Court ruled 9 to 0 he was wrong.
BTW: Obama taught constitutional law. Think his students could get their money back?
