Being raised by a Puerto Rican Mom I had no idea what a crock pot was until a friend sent me one for Christmas. I still have it and it is GREAT. I wanted to know if anyone here has crock pot recipes.
I eneded up buying a book on crock pot cooking and then changing the recipe to suit me.

Turkey Breast in the cooker with onions (they can be sweet red or regular) and apple juice with a sprinkle of peprika in there and seasons like mrs dash and the all famous GOYA brand of ADOBE of the hispnanic culture.
