West coast, baby!
I got a couple new pairs of Avenue Denim Lites in the bootcut style, and I swear they seem different (and not just because they have lettering on the inside of the waistband). They seem a bit lower rise, and the legs seem to be more of an actual bootcut.. less bagginess in the thighs, and some pretty nice flaring at the bottom.

They seem slightly smaller to me, but that could be either my body's fault or the slightly lower rise that I may or may not be imagining. Either way, I actually like them better - so am I crazy or are they different? It's probably been about a year, maybe longer, since I bought my most recent pairs (prior to this purchase), so there's been plenty of time for changes to take place.

They feel the same otherwise... so maybe I'm just imagining that the cut is a little different. My only gripe about these is that the inseam really needs to be a little longer for me... and talls are never available in 32. I don't need it for height, but my huge legs take up a lot of length. Bah..
