Seth and I watched a documentary on the education system and teachers union a month or so ago and I am wondering if anyone has seen it and if so what did you think? It is on netflix if anyone cares to.
I was pretty shocked about some aspects of how the teacher's union works
especially tenure and the difficulty in firing bad teachers.

Thoughts?
