Everyone is always blaming being fat alone for bad health. but how about all of those people who are fat and perfectly healthy and live to a grand old age? and what about people who seem to suffer from every illness possible? why the difference? i've long thought myself that just the stress of prejudice and everything surrounding it had an impact on a fat person's health.
a few years ago i saw the film "What the Bleep Do We Know" which contained information about Dr. Masaru Emoto and his theory about Water Crystals. the Dr shows how words can change the shape of water crystals. since human beings are composed of a uge percentage of water and fat people contain more water than most can it be that what people say to us really does result in our ill health and sickness?
