I work for a large retail company at their corporate HQ. Every few months they do a biggest loser contest. I don't like it when workplaces do stuff like that because I feel like I *have* to participate for my career's sake, even if I participate badly. How do you say no without risking your job? (OTOH, I could do it and have fun gaining the weight back...I don't know.)
