I am feeling pretty sad.

Yesterday at work we decided to take the children to the park. I was taking photographs for our wall displays. I was trying to get a good shot of them on the slide and hadn't realised how far back I had stepped. So when another child called me behind me, I turned and went to go forward and fell over the wooden narrow bridge, about mid shin height which is part of the assault course.

Another member of staff laughed, if a child had fallen it wouldnt have been funny, I am sure it because of the obviously very inelegant way I fell due to my weight.

I guess fatties falling is still funny no matter how you think they like you.

I have actually hurt myself quite badly and I feel very embarressed now to say anything, my wrist is swollen, my elbow, shoulder and neck hurt all on one side, the side i put out to catch myself, my back is jarred and my other wrist aches a little. I also have some fab bruises on my shins.

I feel dissapointed and hurt by this, and like I said, embarressed so this morning at the breakfast group I run, I still struggled to lift tables away even though I was in a lot of pain.
