For my interview on Friday I had to come up with training material to teach someone how to read an analog clock. I've come up with a PowerPoint presentation and have a decent idea for some hands on stuff too.
I was going over what the company sent me they expect to see from me and there is one line that I'm just not quite sure what they mean.
Assignment
Your task is to develop a project plan that includes, but is not limited to:
1. Objectives and any sub-objectives that support the conversion from digital to analog. This is where I'm not quite sure what they are asking for!
2. Metric to assess training effectiveness. This would be my PowerPoint and accompanying quiz. (I think, I hope)
3. A training lesson plan (maximum 10 minute lesson).
