I want to purchase a couple of items from the website but I'm a tad hesistant as I don't know if the clothing runs true to size. There are some things on clearance I'd hate to pass up...that and I want a wool coat.

Have you ladies had luck with the quality? How's the customer service if I should need to return my items?
