Does anyone do it?
I dont eat enough fruits and veggies. So this past August my boyfriend wanted the Jack LaLanne juicer for his birthday. I bought it for him and what a blessing it has been. http://www.powerjuicer.com/power-juicer-chart.html

We spend a fortune on fresh fruit and produce these days but it definitely has its benefits. I swell in my feet and legs alot and by juicing it totally has taken that problem away for me.

If any of you are ever thinking about investing in one, the one we got is awesome. I got the Power one for a little more but it was so worth it.
Heres a few a list and pics of all the things I put in our juice last night. And people that know me, know I would never eat some of the things listed. The juice tasted like a refreshing fruit juice with everything I put in it. Thats the beauty of juicing.

apples
oranges
lemon
pear
pineapple
grapes (unbelievably huge)
kiwi
watermelon
cantalope
spinach leaves
brussel sprouts
green beans
cilantro
broccoli
celery
carrots
cucumber
italian squash
