I can't remember the name but I read it a couple years ago. Basic premise is a woman gets sent to a small town to work for about six months. While there the big women in the town get her to start eating all of the fattening Southern foods. Meanwhile she gets the feeling that a co worker back at her office that she likes might like the fact that she is getting fat. When she returns she is happy that he does. Would like to read it again.
