Hey people, been a while, I know. I've been working (slowly) on a new story and I've come to the realization that, in order to be accurate in some of the plot, I need to know things I don't know.
To that end... if anyone can help me out with background on how a city/town of various sizes might deal with aiding the homeless in today's socioeconomic climate, I would be glad. I'm particularly looking at a smaller town, suburban, middle and lower class population, with a larger town a short drive away. PMs or public discussion, doesn't matter to me. Thanks!
