I have always been curious about this, since women often talk about their weight and rarely see their fat, real or perceived in a postive light. It also seems that many women, intentionally or otherwise complain to others who are bigger.

Self-identified BBWs and BHMs, how do you feel when others speak negatively about their fat? Does it affect how you feel about your own body? How do you generally react? Do you get this often?

Is your response affected if said person is:
A) obviously underweight (clinically emaciated) but clearly suffers from body dysmorphic disorder and has a severely distorted body image?
B) supposedly of ideal proportions (US 4-6)?
C) of average size (US 14-16) but may be considered fat by society?
D) bigger than average but still smaller than you?
E) your size?
F) bigger than you?
G) also in the size acceptance community?
