Yeeeey! One of the BEST days of the year has finally arrived, and Im just about to nip to Tesco's to get all the stuff I need, along with plenty of gooey toppings!

So, has anyone got any favourite pancake recipes/tips/toppings for Shrove Tuesday?

I just have to persuade my frying pan to magically regain some of it's non-stickyness back!
