Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but what's the best way to re-gain weight after being ill? After having the stomach flu for two weeks and being on clear liquids, and all the other stuff that goes along with that and loosing 20+ lbs, clothes that used to fit fine, are practically following off and unwearable. What's the best way to ramp back up to my previous weight without getting sick in the process. New smaller clothes just isn't an option financially at this time. Thanks.
