I have a question, this is a pretty personal topic, but I need advice from total strangers. So, here goes.
I met *sam* (name changed to protect....whatever) online last year in dec. we chatted, and talked on the phone we were just friends for a good while, out of the blue his wife says, "lets go meet your friend" they both come to my home, and we all hit it off. She starts pressing the issue of us being together, and "doin it" lol....anyway to make a long story short....i became a home wrecker. sam and i actually fell in love and were together up until today....
sam recently joined a dating website, to find "friends" he says b/c he did move across the country to be with me and hasnt really made any real friendships. i told him that i didnt like this idea, he could use another site to find friends....he assured me he was only chatting and nothing would happen.
about a month later i tell him that i was still uncomfortable with the situation and i would like him to remove his "profile" from the site. he removes it and everything is good.....
i found out today that he went to lunch with a woman from the site. he said they are only friends, but she sent him a message saying "i miss you!!" and he neglected to tell me he was still chatting with this woman even though he wasnt on the site anymore.
he had several opportunities to tell me about meeting with her, he even came to my work to see me before he had to go into his own job. he even told me he missed me and wanted to come in early to see me on my break, which obviously was a lie b/c he was having lunch with her.
my question is....what do i do? my brain says i need to say good bye and find someone that can be happy with just me. but my heart says if i love him i can forgive him. how long should i play a fool? i need help.
