Ok, I know we talk about goodies a lot here, but I have to mention 2 really great salads I had recently. One was at the Outback. It was someting that the last time I was there they did'nt have. It was a shredded lettuce salad with blue cheese and chinese noodles. I think there was rasins in it as well as red onion and sweet pecans with a vinigrette. It was SOO GOOD I could have eaten a vat of it. I liked that it was cut up all small and mixed well when they served it so I did'nt have to cut it all up into small peices.
The next one was at a luncheon and they had baby spinich greens with madarin oranges blue cheese sweet pecan and again a really nice vinigertte. it was so simple but so good. I wanted to lick my plate. :eat2:
