Ok, I don't remember much about the story since it's been a few years since I read it, but I do remember somethings. I'll just name off what I remember and hope someone can figure it out.
ok, the main character is a BBW (college?) student who falls for her professor. She ends up gaining weight and getting involved with him and by the end of the story she's pregnant. Also, her friend is a BBW as well but alot more comfortable with her body.
