My significant other found this and I had to share it. As someone who intimately understands the physiology of nutrition, I have known for a long time that the extremely rapid weight loss that contestants of the show exhibit is dangerous. Some contestants have chosen to speak out, anonymously, and what they have revealed is shocking, to say the least. Honestly, to take advantage of people in that way should be criminal, and likely is. I leave you to your own conclusions.
