Basically what I'm asking in this thread, I honestly don't know if its been brought up before or in previous threads...I couldn't find any that related in a way I thought was completely relavent to my question...

Anywho, what is the difference between having a 'flabby' belly, and having a 'firm' belly?

What I think of when I refer to a 'firm' belly is one that tends to hold a more rounded shape, have less give to the gentle touch, yet still will jiggle bounce and such when it is shaken with more vigor.

Where as, in my view, a 'flabby' belly is the kind of belly that wobbles substancially every time a girl moves, and it tends to feel very squishy and soft to the touch.

Obviously these thoughts and opinions are based on my own perceptions and senses, but I was wondering what the difference is composition wise? What is the difference insofar as the health of the person? I've been under the impression that 'flab' is better than 'firm'...is it? Or is that a misconception based off of biased medical data?

Another thing I've observed when it comes to 'flabby' bellies and 'firm' bellies, is that, in my experience, younger gainers tend to have softer bellies than older gainers. This isn't universal by any means, but to my experience that tends to be the general trend. Is the type or make-up of fat determined by anything specific? Be it age? gender? a previous loss and regain? etc...

So, I'm interested in all your opinions on these questions, and any examples anyone has to make their point.

For example...in my mind BigCutie Valerie, former model of bigcuties, has a flabby belly...

Where as Brooke, who many consider to be one of the first well-known gainers, had a firm belly...

Obviously again, my opinion, but I'm open to hearing anything and everything related. If you find my opinion to be incorrect, tell me why you think so. If you agree, tell me what you agree upon.
