Tonsilectomy: A Foodee's Worst Nightmare

I'll keep it really simple... I'M SO HUNGRY.

My stomach doesn't realize that my throat is in incredible pain, and all that I can have today are cold clear liquids. Tomorrow, I might be able to eat applesauce or soft bread. Really... all I want is a big fat sandwich or an entire pot of macaroni and cheese.

Today's lesson... get your tonsils out when you're much much much younger than I am.
