Wanting to switch body soaps, any suggestions?

Lately I have been battling a rash (I believe it’s a heat rash, even though it’s November) under my breasts. I’ve tried different powders and even switched to all cotton bras. I was wondering if perhaps I should switch soaps, currently I use Suave body wash. Has anybody used anything that has helped eliminated the excess sweat/oil? I’m desperate so I’ll try anything.
