What am I doing wrong?

Because my inbox has been getting so full, and Conrad had informed me that I could check for new posts above under "New Posts," I decided to opt for no e-mail notification of posts to threads I started or to which I responded. However, although I made the change earlier this evening, I'm still getting those e-mail notifications, even 'though I clicked on "Save Changes."
