What TV shows can't you live without?

In addition to my b-day and anniversary, I was also offline all of last week because I switched (back) to a cable modem. Well, the cable guy and my hubby and I had a great chat and ended up becoming fast friends. He gave us free cable, although we told him we don't watch TV, which was nice of him. I finally turned it on last night and there must've been hundreds of channels! Sheesh. Talk about overwhelming. Where do I start? I haven't watched TV in ages not to mention I can't remember the last time I had cable; the last show I watched regularly was Oprah.

Anyway suggestions? What shows do you love?
