After a weekend of enjoyable eatting on all my fab food and milk shakes, I loaded myself onto the scale today and was shocked as it read 442 lb, I have now been up to 200 kg for the first time, clearly some of this weight is the food I have been stuffed on today, but I am very pleased non the less. :eat2:
