Any stories like this? (first BE, then weight gain?)

You know, like the girl somehow gets breast expansion and has fun with that, until later she also gains weight (and maybe even bigger breasts)? And she's most likely shocked at this, but maybe later on starts liking it.

There's prolly some stories like that, but this could also work as a suggestion/request.

Also, what do ya feel about such a concept?
