The article is about stress relief. It's nothing fancy. It's rather generic, but I thought it was a great topic. Not only does it apply to basically everyone living in this world, but it poses a great opportunity to receive many comments because of the different techniques and suggestions others have. I could win, but I could also potentially help at least one more person out there.
