Cold Pasta Salads

I have bad luck with these things, and I'm not sure why. When I wing it, I under or over season it. All too often, I find recipes that sound good, but once I execute them, they're nasty. It's a big blackholes in my summertime cooking repertoire. I need to rectify this!!

Soooo, I'm hoping that there are some good recipes out there in Dimensionsland. Got any that you've made and looooved for years? Anything absolutely delish?
