Ok, I realise that many Americans may not know this programme so I'll explain. This is a TV programme run over 5 weekdays around tea time. Five strangers from a local area have to take it in turn to host a dinner party for the other for each other. This must include starter, dinner and pudding. Some try to throw in a wee extra Apperitife or an amusebush ( wee extra nibbles) to gain favour but the premise is to be scored for the three courses and the person with the highest amount of points at the end of Friday's dinner wins £1000. Each person gives a score out of 10 so the final score is out of 40, Any way ... The point is... Who else who watches this programme (or agrees with me if you don't watch it) would get absolutley raging when pudding consists of fruit!!!

Surely cooking soes not mean slicing some melon into abowl or poaching some pears??? That's not a sweet, where's the chocolate cake made from scratch??

I suggest we get together with 3 or 4 friends and host a dinner in each others houses and marks out of 10 for starter, dinner and REAL PUDDING! and see how you enjoy it. Bring the art of the dinner party back to life.

Yummy Yummy Yummy, I got love in my tummy:eat2:
