I'd like to dedicate "Shake It Up," by The Cars, to all the vegetarians on the board.

I'd like to dedicate "Fistful of Love," by Antony and the Johnsons, to all the freaky people on the board. You know who you are, freaky-deaky :D

And I'd like to dedicate "The Bitterest Pill," by The Jam, to all the lonely hearts on the board.

To Mini: "Yellow Submarine" by the Beatles. Because we both love the song, and sometimes I wish to put him in a submarine and cut off the oxgen supply.
This is good.

In that same spirit, I'd like to dedicate the Beatles' charming "Octopus's Garden" to anyone who's annoyed me on this board, so they can know what it's like to be attacked by a real octopus. :p

To SantaClear - "Birdhouse in your Soul" by They Might Be Giants... just because the song is a fruity tune and we all know Russ huggable loon.
Thanks for the dedication and the huggableness, Buffie :batting: (well, except the loon part - I prefer to keep that on the down low.) I don't know much They Might Be Giants but I did once ride in the back of a truck with them.

And to Buffie I dedicate...... "Chim Chim Cher-ee!" from the movie Mary Poppins (only 'cos I saw it around 15 times and it quickly comes to mind - I'm terrible at this dedication stuff.)

Hey, what a fun idea! And just in time for Valentine's Day!

Mossystate: "Fix You" by Coldplay ... maybe you'll understand why I chose this song for you, maybe not, but I'm not going to wax sappy. Suffice it to say, the dedication has NOTHING to do with fixing anything about you (coz if I can wax sappy for just ONE SECOND ... I wouldn't fix one damn thing about you, Mossyfling. Oh, and fuck you). I'll just say, when I hear this song, I think about how much I loved my father and how happy I am that he was mine to love.

Redvelvet: "Starlight" by Muse ... may your ship take you on the most exciting adventure of your life, and may it never dock upon dry land.

Green Eyed Fairy "I Drove All Night" by Cyndi Lauper ... the sexual energy in that song ... wowza wowza wowzzzzzzzzzzza ... but more importantly, the sweetness and the hopefulness and the underlying sense of adventure ... and I think you could use a good adventure (a gentle euphemism for 'the fuck of a lifetime') right about now ... and a little bit of sweetness, too. :kiss2:

SocialBFly: "Long Time Gone" by The Dixie Chicks. Coz, you beautiful woman, I *know* that you ain't hoed a row since you don't know when :D
