Maybe it is because i'm getting older, and now I not only blame my weight but also my age as the reason why is hard to find a date or just a girl to flirt with, but I find this episode of Louie CK rather funny and heart warming. I think replacing the word old for the word fat and this sequence could describes the more favorite daydream of any fatty.
