Spicy oatmeal butterscotch cookies
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup raisins
- butterscotch chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
- Combine cake mix, oats, eggs, and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Stir in raisins and butterscotch chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet.
