Although I'm gainfully employed, I'm not all that crazy about my current company, so I have a job site send me daily updates based on my search criteria. Necessarily the criteria are broad, so sometimes quite odd jobs show up.
Today I had to laugh when I saw one on the list called "Feeder Manager." Obviously they were not using the term in the same way we do here, but I had to click on the link anyway. The first couple sentences of the job ad looked quite interesting, if you read them in the right way:
"Ensure production requirements are analyzed and work assigned, based on capacity and capability of employees and processes, to achieve production schedule and departmental objectives. Provide the coaching, mentoring, motivation, training, and corrective action necessary for the continued development of department employees."
It was enough to at least bring a chuckle into my morning!
