What are some of your favorite ways of making it? My favorite tofu in the world is made by this fantastic chinese place back in NYC where I originally hail from.Tofu in blackbean sauce..yum not only is the sauce delicious they always manage to get the texture right.There is just too much mushy tofu out there.So I'm posting this so I can get a few ideas.Fire away!
